How to Make a Gift

Your contribution to the newly created College of Lifetime Learning will help us achieve our mission to provide accessible, affordable, and achievable education for learners at any stage of life. There are several ways to make a gift to the College, some of which are listed below.

For more information, contact Brad Hastings, assistant vice president for development, at brad.hastings@dev.gatech.edu. Together, we can inspire and empower the current and next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders.

Cash Gift

To make a cash gift, make your check payable to the “Georgia Tech Foundation Inc.” and mail it to the following address:

Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc
760 Spring Street, Suite 400
Atlanta, GA 30308

Please include a note stating that you would like your gift to be directed to support the College of Lifetime Learning.

Credit Card

Please visit the Make a Gift to Georgia Tech page. In the designation box, indicate your gift to be directed to the College of Lifetime Learning.

Matching Gifts

An easy way to double or triple your donation is to determine if your company has a matching gift program. Such programs typically match all or a percentage of employee contributions to charitable organizations, making the employer a partner in employees’ philanthropy. Obtain a matching gift form from your employer’s personnel office, fill it out, and provide it to us with your contribution.

Planned Gifts

Planned gifts are some of the most significant funding sources for Georgia Tech. These gifts stabilize Tech’s financial foundation, securing its future while perpetuating a legacy of giving. To learn about deferred or planned gifts, including bequests, life-income plans, and other options for your estate — and for information about increasing your income, earning valuable income-tax deductions, and reducing your estate taxes — please visit Georgia Tech Gift Planning page.

Tax Benefits

Your gift may provide you with federal and state income tax benefits, and your state may also allow a credit or deduction. Georgia Tech Foundation Inc. has 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt status; our federal tax ID number is 58-6043294.

Transforming Tomorrow: The Campaign for Georgia Tech

Transforming Ideas

Campaign gifts will allow us to champion innovation and amplify impact by recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders who think critically about the problems we face and use technology to find new solutions that improve the human condition; and strengthening the programs that encourage student innovation and entrepreneurship.
